Lexus has once again been named the UK’s most trusted car brand, winning the title for the fourth consecutive year in the Autotrader Drivers’ Choice Awards.
The award comes from the ninth annual Autotrader survey, the UK’s largest automotive poll. This year, more than 225,000 UK drivers took part, sharing their views and experiences with different car brands. Lexus came out on top as the Most Trusted Brand.
Erin Baker, Editorial Director at Autotrader, praised Lexus for its consistent performance. “Lexus continues to lead in reliability, winning the Most Reliable Brand award for the fourth year in a row in 2025,” she said. “This is a great achievement. One owner told us: ‘Lexus is the most reliable car brand I’ve ever owned. This is my fifth one — their build quality and excellence are impeccable.’ Congratulations to Lexus.”
Chris Hayes, Director of Lexus UK, said the award shows how much customers value the brand. “There’s nothing more rewarding than the trust and appreciation of our customers,” he said. “This recognition shows how seriously we take quality in everything we do. We’ll continue to deliver this as we launch new electrified models, including the all-new RZ SUV and the upcoming ES luxury sedan.”
Lexus is also known for its strong warranty program. The brand offers a warranty of up to 10 years on all its models, both new and used. This includes a standard three-year manufacturer’s warranty, followed by up to seven years of coverage linked to regular servicing.
