Forkardt Hardinge, a global leader in precision workholding solutions, has acquired ATS Systems, a respected U.S. supplier of machine tool accessories. The move strengthens Forkardt Hardinge’s position in the machine tool industry and broadens its ability to provide a full range of products for major industrial sectors.
ATS Systems supplies a variety of machine tool accessories, including workholding products, coolant management systems, and bar feeders. The acquisition marks Forkardt Hardinge’s first major expansion since partnering with investment firm Centre Lane Partners in September 2024.
