Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) has received a Letter of Award (LOA) worth ₹114.22 crore from a leading renewable energy company. The contract is for the design, engineering, procurement, and construction of 94 MW AC Solar PV plants at several locations. This project is part of the Mukhyamantri Saur KrishiVahini Yojana (MSKVY) 2.0 scheme.
The project was awarded after a competitive bidding process, technical assessments, and negotiations. This highlights WRTL’s strong capability in delivering large-scale solar energy projects. MSKVY 2.0 is a program launched by the Government of Maharashtra. It aims to provide farmers with electricity during the day using decentralized solar power systems. This supports both agricultural development and energy independence in rural areas.
