Alpex Solar has secured a significant ₹380.52 crore order for the supply of advanced solar modules and systems, marking a major achievement in the company’s growth.
Specializing in photovoltaic (PV) modules, Alpex Solar produces both monocrystalline and polycrystalline modules. The company’s product range includes high-tech TOPCon and mono PERC modules. Beyond manufacturing, Alpex Solar provides comprehensive solar solutions, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for both surface and submersible solar pump systems.
Headquartered in Greater Noida, India, the company operates a 150,000 sq. ft. production facility with a current production capacity of 1.2 GW. Alpex Solar plans to expand this capacity to 2.4 GW in the near future.
In addition to PV modules, Alpex Solar offers a variety of solar products, including bifacial, mono PERC, and half-cut modules. The company’s fully automated manufacturing facility ensures high-quality standards and rigorous quality control. Alpex Solar has earned certifications such as ALMM, IEC, and BIS, and has been recognized in the Photon Lab Report Germany for its excellence.
To further its growth, Alpex Solar is expanding its operations. The company is set to double its solar PV module manufacturing capacity to 2.4 GW by FY 2026, with the construction of a new 1.2 GW facility in Kosi Kotwan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. Alongside this, Alpex Solar is establishing a 1.6 GW solar cell manufacturing plant at the same site, marking its entry into solar cell production.
The solar cell plant will be built in three phases, with the first 500 MW expected to be operational by December 2025. These expansions will strengthen Alpex Solar’s vertical integration, giving the company better control over its supply chain and enabling it to offer complete turnkey solutions to customers.
