Hyva will debut its latest innovations at BAUMA 2025, the world’s leading trade show for construction, building materials, and mining machinery. This year marks the company’s first appearance as part of JOST World, emphasizing its ongoing commitment to providing innovative and efficient transport solutions.
Hyva will present a variety of new solutions designed to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability across several industries. The company aims to modernize operations and support environmentally friendly practices, focusing on advancements in hydraulic and digital technologies.
One of the key highlights is the Digital Tipping Solutions (DTS Guide), which is designed to enhance safety and productivity in tipper truck operations. The system includes an onboard unit for drivers and a cloud-based platform for fleet managers, offering real-time data. This helps reduce accidents, supports better decision-making, and improves profitability by enabling smarter fleet management.
Another notable innovation is the ePowerBox100, an electric power take-off (ePTO) system. This side-mounted device is designed for electric vehicles with hydraulic systems. It optimizes the conversion of electric energy to hydraulic power, improving energy efficiency while reducing noise, making it a more eco-friendly option.
Hyva will also showcase its latest mining cylinders, including the Alpha UHD-PRO front-end cylinders and USE underbody cylinders, which are built to handle up to 160 tons of weight. A world-first hydraulic suspension cylinder for wide-body mining tippers will also be introduced, providing improved stability and performance in challenging conditions.
In the Titan range of hookloaders, the focus will be on the T24-60-S PRO model. This 24-tonne hookloader is 350 kg lighter than earlier versions and has a lower installation height. These features enhance fuel efficiency and transport capacity while improving the tipping angle for handling tougher materials. An optional electric radio remote control is also available for precise, programmable handling.
Another addition to the Titan family is the TS18-41-TAZ skiploader, which offers faster, safer, and more functional performance. The skiploader features a telescopic reach, making it easier to operate in tight or uneven spaces. Enhanced with a smart radio remote system, it includes advanced features such as auto-home sequence control and dynamic stability monitoring, ensuring safer operations.
Hyva’s HC183X crane, a mid-sized 18-tonne-meter crane, will also be on display. Designed for construction and logistics, it includes four hydraulic extensions, an advanced CE control system, and full radio control for precise operation. Additionally, the HB152 from the CORE series will be shown, offering a cost-effective and durable lifting solution.
For specialized transport needs, Hyva will introduce the TRIDEC TP-O Low suspension system. This swivel axle suspension is tailored for the European low-bed trailer market, providing a suspension travel of 600 mm and the lowest ride height in its class, at 12 tons per axle line. Its design also includes a wider steering angle, making it ideal for heavy-duty transportation.
Hyva’s wide range of solutions at BAUMA 2025 demonstrates the company’s commitment to providing reliable, high-performance equipment that addresses the current needs of industries like mining, construction, logistics, and electrification. Each product is designed with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and environmental responsibility, further cementing Hyva’s role in shaping the future of the transport and construction sectors.
