Hisense has taken the top spot in global shipments of MiniLED TVs, 100-inch and larger screens, and Laser TVs for the first quarter of 2025, according to data from industry research firm Omdia.
The Chinese electronics manufacturer captured 56.7% of the worldwide market for TVs over 100 inches, maintaining its lead in this category since 2023.
In the fast-growing MiniLED segment, Hisense held a 29.3% global market share. It also continued to dominate the Laser TV sector, accounting for 69.6% of shipments — a position the company has held for six consecutive years.
In the Middle East and Africa (MEA), Hisense was the leading brand for 98-inch and larger TVs between Q1 and Q3 of 2024, with a 42.8% market share. It also led in MiniLED TV shipments in the region, achieving a 38.8% share. These results highlight the company’s growing strength in the premium TV market.
Hisense’s strong regional performance is supported by a wider retail network and a product lineup designed to suit local consumer needs.
To enhance audio quality, the company has partnered with French sound specialist Devialet. Select TV models will receive sound performance improvements through software updates.
Hisense also launched its “Own the Moment” campaign, which ties into its role as an official sponsor of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.
