Anko Launches Automated Machine for Making Traditional Punjabi Samosas

by sthv

Anko Food Machine Company has introduced a new automated machine designed to make traditional Punjabi samosas, aiming to combine authentic taste with production efficiency.

The machine, called the PS-900, is built to automate the challenging process of stuffing samosas, which is usually done by hand. According to Anko, the PS-900 can produce up to 900 samosas per hour and requires only two operators at the forming stage.

The system is semi-automated and is equipped with food-grade contact surfaces that meet FDA standards. It also features a design that is easy to clean and supports a smooth workflow. This makes it a practical choice for small and medium-sized businesses looking to grow without significantly increasing their labor force.

The PS-900 follows the company’s recent launch of a modular empanada-making machine, which can produce up to 3,000 empanadas per hour. Both machines are part of Anko’s strategy to offer scalable food production solutions that maintain traditional quality.
